Its mission is to support clients in building sustainable infrastructures and plants and advancing the energy transition.The Subcontract Administrator manages mainly the subcontracts lifecycle, in accordance to company’s standards and procedures, from subcontracts execution phase up to the close out phase, focusing in particular on change order management, performance monitoring & evaluation, risk mitigation, and on the contract close-out process. She/He ensures that all subcontracts are within budget, in accordance with the agreed schedule, and in compliance with quality & safety standards.The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:• Verify and validate progress reports, payment certificates and related invoices.• Subcontracts administration activities such as, but not limited to, variations & change orders, retainages, back-charges, claims etc..;• Sound understanding and interpretation of contractual terms;• Ensuring effective compliance with the agreed terms, especially compliance with all set deliverables (eg. bonds/bank guarantees, insurances, etc..);• Preparation and management of contractual correspondence and notifications;• Monitor and control of all performances against budget, schedule, quality, and all other key terms and obligations agreed between the parties;• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.• Liaise with all internal stakeholders as Finance, HSE, Legal, Operation etc..• Management of claims and disputes, as well as liaise with the legal department in case of potential arbitration processes;• Management of the close out phase (final acceptance, close-out/termination agreements, survival obligations, etc..);• Regular update of all project Logs and Registers;• Preparation and regular update of all required KPIs, if any;RequirementsExperience on pipeline constructionFluent in German and EnglishMinimum 10 years of experience in the roleWhat else should you know?You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for.At SICIM, we place great value on safety, environmental responsibility, inclusion and ethical conduct.
