Inside Sales Representative

Hesai LiDAR is a leading technology company specializing in LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) systems for ADAS, autonomous vehicles, and robotics applications. Our advanced LiDAR solutions empower the automotive industry and other sectors to achieve safer and more reliable autonomous navigation.


Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate positive connections with clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and online chat, ensuring outstanding customer service.

2. Support the sales team by conducting market research, developing potential leads, collecting client information, and creating comprehensive client profiles.

3. Manage communication-related to client contracts, oversee order execution, track shipments, confirm deliveries, handle invoicing, process payments, and manage other sales procedures and transactions.

4. Address post-sales service matters, including returns, exchanges, and complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

5. Coordinate interdepartmental communication to facilitate timely order fulfillment and address potential logistics issues.


Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as marketing, business administration, electronics, software, optics, or mechanical engineering is preferred.

2. Experience in sales support and project assistance, especially with a focus on significant client service, is advantageous.

3. Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.

4. Strong stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities to efficiently navigate a fast-paced environment.

5. Flexibility with working hours to manage communications across multiple time zones.

6. Proficiency in both German and English languages, with adeptness in using English interface operating systems.
