Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer – Team Lead

Location: Hamburg - Hybrid

Salary: €80,000


After successfully launching a real-time trading solution, my client is looking for a talented Team Lead to grow and guide their development team. In this influential role, you'll work closely with their Product Owner and Full Stack Engineer, contributing to ongoing software development and spearheading process improvement initiatives within the team.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Spearhead the active integration of additional trading venues into our technology platform.
  • Supervise the utilization of core functionalities from existing components, ensuring tailored customization and comprehensive testing for each new interface.
  • Collaborate with the client service team to comprehend the specific needs, workflows, and technology of each client.
  • Lead the process of transforming insights into actionable solutions, ensuring the development of a knowledge base to facilitate smooth client installations.
  • Leverage your expertise as a specialist service provider to thoroughly understand client requirements, configurations, and market trading venues.
  • Offer leadership and mentorship, cultivating a cooperative and productive atmosphere.
