Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in establishing, testing, and applying automated laboratory procedures in compliance with GCLP requirements.
  • Develop, refine, and apply automation techniques for clinical purposes, including validating associated computer systems and assessing interfaces with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Take charge of experiments within projects, planning and executing method enhancements, and providing comprehensive reports.
  • Operate, maintain, and validate liquid handling robots.
  • Document all research findings, create preparatory documentation for method and equipment transition, and regularly communicate the result.


Profile:

  • Minimum of five years of professional experience working with automated large-scale instruments, particularly liquid handling platforms such as Beckman Coulter.
  • Practical experience in next-generation sequencing.
  • Familiarity with GxP standards (GCP, GCLP, GMP, or CLIA).
