Für einen bekannten Finanzdienstleister, der sich auf Technologielösungen im Bereich Prozessoptimierung und der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften konzentriert, suchen wir nach einem Business Analyst - Regulatory Tech/Asset Management (m/w/d).
Aufgaben:
- Durchführung eingehender Analysen der Rechtsvorschriften zur Ermittlung von Trends in der Berichterstattung und bewährten Praktiken der Branche im Bereich der Vermögensverwaltung
- Fachexperte für CRR/ Solvency II
- Definition und Priorisierung von Produktmerkmalen, Funktionalitäten und Erweiterungen auf der Grundlage von Marktanforderungen, Geschäftszielen und technischer Machbarkeit
- Entwicklung von detaillierten Produktanforderungen, Anwenderberichten und Spezifikationen, die den Softwareentwicklungs- und Ingenieurteams bei der Bereitstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte helfen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam während des gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus, um die termingerechte und budgetkonforme Bereitstellung von Lösungen für das regulatorische Berichtswesen zu unterstützen
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich Vertrieb, Marketing und Kundensupport, um eine erfolgreiche Produktpositionierung und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Product Business Analyst oder in verwandten Funktionen mit Schwerpunkt auf Lösungen für die aufsichtsrechtliche Berichterstattung in der Vermögensverwaltungsbranche
- Eingehende Kenntnisse der globalen regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen und der für Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaften relevanten Berichterstattungsanforderungen mit Schwerpunkt auf der europäischen Gesetzgebung, wie CRR / Solvency II
- Erfahrung mit BPMN 2.0 zur visuellen Darstellung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse und Interaktionen
- Kenntnisse der Grundsätze der Datenverwaltung, des Datenschutzes und der Informationssicherheit im Zusammenhang mit Lösungen für die aufsichtsrechtliche Berichterstattung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
