Channel Sales Managers position: Shape the Future of Robotics in Germany


Are you passionate about robotics and automation? Imagine kick-starting a brand-new chapter for a leading Southeast Asian innovator, right in the heart of Germany's bustling tech landscape. The company's expertise lies in direct drive motion control, motor design, and precision systems.


Role involves:

✅ Driving Distribution Sales to unprecedented heights

✅ Crafting and executing robust business plans for an expansive Sales Channel

✅ Elevating market presence and coverage with strategic flair

✅ Piloting Official Partner & Distributor performance - Yearly reviews, Quarterly insights, and diligent reporting

✅ Navigating through Distributor Due Diligence with a keen eye for detail and compliance


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the industrial automation market
  • 5 years in the field of operational Distribution OR Channel Sales.
  • Proven experience of managing a sales team
  • Degree or higher in relevant subjects, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation technology. MBA or other business relevant is an advantage.

Salary - 120K USD Base + OTE

Location - Remote from anywhere in Germany
