Zur Verstärkung unserer IT-Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen SAP Support Manager (m/w/d).


Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung des SAP-Tagesgeschäfts und der SAP-Drittsystemschnittstellen mit Fokus auf den Vertriebsbereich
  • Support der Anwender zum SAP ERP (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support) und zum SAP Business Warehouse (BW, 1st-Level-Support)
  • Monitoring der SAP-Systeme ERP und BW in Form täglicher Funktionsprüfungen und Analysen auftretender Fehlermeldungen
  • Pflege der Stammdaten im SAP ERP und Unterstützung bei der Stammdatenoptimierung
  • Schnittstellenbetreuung zwischen SAP und anderer Software, sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung
  • Kommunikation zum Dienstleister für den SAP-Server zur Koordination von Ausfallzeiten, zur Organisation von Systemumstellungen und zur Erstellung von Systemkopien
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von SAP-Projekten im Vertriebsbereich sowie von CRM-Projekten in Vertrieb und Marketing


Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, alternativ eine abgeschlossene relevante Ausbildung mit entsprechender Fortbildung im SAP-Umfeld
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie in der IT-Projektarbeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den SAP-Modulen SD und MM
  • Routine im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen wie z.B. Salesforce
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, Konfliktvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit sowie soziale Kompetenz
