Salesforce Consultant – Inhouse – Darmstadt, Germany (Hybrid)

This organisation has been established well over 100 years and are a trailblazer in their field. With Salesforce being a major player in their global operations, they’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join the team and work with department managers to optimise the platform to its maximum potential.

Tasks of the Salesforce Consultant:

• Lead workshops with stakeholders and users to obtain technical business requirements and create user stories, test cases etc.
• Liaise with Team Leaders from the sales and data departments as well as key users and technical IT team for the implementations of new solutions and CRM processes
• Work across different agile project teams to enhance business processes system functionalities and conduct acceptance tests
• Analyse, optimise and implement service processes with the IT team
• Be the first point of contact for the telephone software systems
• Ensure smooth communication between the IT resource and database team
• Ensure processes and tools are being used efficiently by heads of departments, team leaders and users
• Keep all processes documented for future use and training needs

Experience of Salesforce Consultant:

• Ideally hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or proven professional Salesforce/CRM experience
• Ability to design and implement technical Salesforce solutions
• Salesforce Configuration and Customisation
• Strong analytical skills and process understanding in a customer service environment
• Salesforce project implementation experience
• Experience working in a similar position where you’re able to collaborate with stakeholders to understand their existing processes and set up and advise on best practices for the Salesforce platform
• Fluent German & English
