Your responsibilities:
  • Clarification of order-specific details in dialog with internal departments and customers
  • Independent planning of smaller projects (cost, time planning, resource requirements, project milestones)
  • Development of work packages with the internal Systems Engineering and Integration departments
  • Supervision and control of material inflow and initiation of material movements
  • Preparation and support of virtual customer appointments as well as face-to-face events (design reviews, acceptance meetings and deliveries)
  • Preparation of deliveries and creation of shipping documents
  • Independent processing of delivery transactions
  • Collaboration on project reporting
Your profile:
  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, completed training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • Strong communication skills and coordination skills for the professional performance of the interface function between internal departments, domestic customers and logistics partners
  • Confident handling of the MS Office product range
  • Previous knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Good knowledge of German and English
