We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Research Analyst to join our team. As a Data Research Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data needs, as well as develop and maintain data collection methodologies and tools. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for turning data into actionable information.


Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from various sources
  • Develop data collection methodologies and tools to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Interpret and present data findings in clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide targeted data analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research on specific topics and provide insights and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and research methodology
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems and processes


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis and research methodology
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Python, R)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
