Projektleiter (w/m/d) Objektüberwachung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Verantwortlich für die Projektleitung und Objektüberwachung vor Ort gemäß HOAI Leistungsphase 8, ggf. auch Leistungsphase 6 - 7
  • Überwachung Bauablauf mit Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle
  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektabwicklung
  • Ausführungskontrolle der Nachunternehmer
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Abnahmen
  • Aufmaß-, Nachtrags und Rechnungsprüfung
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung / Objektüberwachung / Bauleitung in Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik (ELT/IKT) oder in einer Teildisziplin der Versorgungstechnik (HLSK)
  • Idealerweise hast du eine Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister Sanitär-, Heizungs- oder Lüftungstechnik oder der Elektro- bzw. Energietechnik oder du hast alternativ jahrelange Erfahrung als Obermonteur auf der Baustelle
  • Eventuell hast du ein Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Energie- und Umwelttechnik, Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbares Ingenieurstudium
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und bereits Erfahrung im digitalisierten Arbeiten
  • Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen Führerschein Klasse B
