Mission:

Ensuring product requirements by working closely with the project team, supplier and customer in agreement with customer specification and technical feasibility

Responsibilities:

'-Processing and/or responsibility of the documents related to the IPP in the P.06

(BOM / PLM, nomenclature, drawings, tolerances stacks, IMDS, ...)

'- To be technical contact person for the customer during the project period

'- Review and clarify all technical documentation received from customer for bills of materials (eBOM, mBOM, BOR, ...)

'- Definition of critical and special characteristics (SCs / CCs in PLM)

'- Preparation of technical presentations to support customer and internal evaluation

‘- Interaction with process engineering for process definition

‘- Build of the timing for the product definition

'- Leading product definition and product design review

'- Participation in design meetings at the customer's site

'- Support the departments Simulation, Process Design, Electronics and Q-Planning in implementation in the products

'- Drawing validation for purchase and production release

'- Responsibility of the design FMEA and collaboration in the process FMEAs

'- Design parts validation (aspect of the parts with the customer)

'- Launch, documentation and validation of product modifications

'- Responsible of planning regarding CAD data delivery timing and reporting to JP

'- Work in compliance within the project budget in coordination / consultation with the JP

'- Consideration of process capabilities in cooperation with the quality planners

'- Coordination of measurement and gauge concepts

'- Usage of Lessons Learned and Design Guidelines
