Founder´s Associate

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to supercharge Reonic’s efforts in boosting the renewable energy transition. In this high-velocity role, you'll work closely with the founding team and play a pivotal part in shaping our business expansion, GTM and key strategic topics. As you manage cross-team collaboration with product, tech, and the CEO office, you will become a crucial link in aligning and driving initiatives across teams. Reporting directly to the founders, you will independently lead projects, challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to carve out your own path to impact at Reonic.

YOUR FOCUS

• Be at the forefront of our growth, driving business expansion and fostering client & partner relationships
• Develop projects in an independent manner, from inception to completion
• Extensive communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Unearth opportunities through market research, informing the evolution of our company
• Monitor KPIs for operational excellence and implement improvements swiftly
• Demonstrate versatility and commitment by taking on ad hoc projects in various areas

We are building software for the 300K+ renewables installers in Europe (e.g., PV, heat pumps & energy storage) to turn their business digitally, from sales to project management to admin and operations, thereby boosting the energy transition. With a team of 16 working from Berlin and Augsburg, we are looking for curious, passionate, and challenge-driven individuals to build the foundations of the company, product, and technology - and most importantly for people who have fun doing it
