As the market leader with 5 institutes in the greater Munich area, we offer our customers good accessibility, a high level of customer orientation and impress with excellent treatment results. We work with high-quality medical laser technology equipment and all our staff are certified accordingly. With over 15,000 treatments per year, our business is characterized by a strong customer focus and maximum customer satisfaction.
We are looking for support for our important IT and process management department.
IT specialist in application development (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

  • Support with the introduction of our new ERP software
  • Development and expansion of test management for the current version and future versions of the software to be introduced
  • Supporting the development team in the migration of data from the legacy system to the new software
  • Setting up reporting for the entire company
  • Creation of training videos for users
  • User support
  • Requirements management - recording and specification of new requirements
  • Expansion of the use of Microsoft Teams and process optimization
  • Support for the marketing department in the areas of SEO / SEA

What you should bring with you

  • You have successfully completed or will soon complete your training (or comparable training) as an IT specialist in application development
  • You have a process-oriented mindset and are therefore able to familiarize yourself with new applications very quickly
  • You have initial experience in test management
  • You are very familiar with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams
  • You are no stranger to databases and SQL
  • You are communicative and able to explain new things to your colleagues in an understandable way
