On behalf of our client, a global leader in innovative technologies for sustainable energy solutions, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner (m/f/d) with fluent Portuguese skills. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of complex projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the project schedule, integrating inputs from various functions, units, and third parties.
• Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and project team members (Chief Project Engineer, Lead Engineer, Sourcing Manager, and Site Manager).
• Analyze the project schedule to identify risks and opportunities, collaborating with the team to implement mitigation strategies.
• Generate reports, including look-ahead, backlog, and future late reports, to identify risks and set project priorities.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding schedule-related topics and ensure contractual reporting requirements are met.
• Conduct critical path analyses and create "what-if" scenarios to optimize project execution.
• Align schedules with cost control to ensure clear correlation between cost and timelines.
• Organize and lead planning reviews with the project team to address scheduling challenges and validate mitigation plans.
• Prepare delay analyses to support Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

Your Profile:

• Degree in engineering or a comparable field, with several years of professional experience in planning and/or controlling.
• At least 7 years of experience in project planning as part of a project team.
• Strong expertise in planning and control principles (WBS, critical path, progress, OTD).
• Proficiency in planning tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera, including integration with cost control systems.
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) for effective communication with clients and partners.
• Proactive communication and problem-solving skills, a collaborative team spirit, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
