ADMINISTRATOR*IN IT-SERVICE THE IVZ IVZ is the reliable, internal IT service provider of ARD, i.e. all ARD regional broadcasters, Deutschlandradio and DW under the leadership of rbb. Around 240 employees throughout Germany provide central IT services at the broadcasters' locations, thus shaping the digital future of public service broadcasting. The workplace is at NDR in Hamburg Rothenbaum. Mobile working can take place as needed and required in consultation with the manager. The basis is a guideline at rbb. As part of the on-site team of the ARD IT service provider IVZ at the NDR site in Hamburg, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities in the area of strategically important IT systems at NDR. YOUR TASKS Client management: You will be responsible for the independent support and administration of IT systems with a focus on client and client management as well as various application servers. Planning and implementation: You will carry out large software rollouts with the help of automatic software distribution, adapt the hardware and software configuration to operational requirements and participate in the planning and implementation of projects. Error analysis and troubleshooting: you ensure high-performance, stable and trouble-free operation and take on the coordination and implementation of maintenance measures. YOUR PROFILE Engineer or graduate with a degree in computer science or electrical engineering or a comparable degree - in each case with several years of professional experience and: in-depth knowledge and experience in the service and operation of complex IT systems and with Microsoft environments, in particular Windows 10 and Windows Server 20xx sound knowledge and experience in the support of client management systems (e.g. e.g. MS ECM, WSUS) and software distribution Willingness to adapt the technical focus to changing tasks Good knowledge of English in a technical environment WHAT WE OFFER Work-life balance: We promote the compatibility of career and family with flexible part-time models, among other things.
