The Commercial Organization will be your primary focus, where you will gain hands-on experience in business development, client management, and commercial strategy execution. Additionally, you will rotate through other organizational units - such as Operations, Finance, and Consulting, to gain a broader understanding of the business and enhance your cross-functional collaboration skills.ResponsibilitiesContribute to business development activities such as identifying potential clients, supporting proposal writing, and preparing sales presentations.Participate in client meetings, helping to document discussions, follow up on action items, and gain insights into client relationship management.Support commercial projects by assisting senior consultants in conducting market research, data analysis, and developing commercial strategies for clients.Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities to support commercial decision-making.Assist in defining and refining commercial service offerings, including service definition and go-to-market strategies.Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking of commercial initiatives under supervision.Help prepare contracts, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and commercial agreements in collaboration with senior consultants.Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and consulting teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.Engage in structured learning, mentorship programs, and hands-on experiences to build knowledge in commercial consulting.Adapt to diverse client needs and industries by supporting multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Life Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a similar discipline).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A passion for learning and the ability to adapt to new situations.Willingness to go the extra mile in both work-related tasks and personal interests, showcasing dedication, creativity, and a proactive attitude.Why ArcondisArcondis will provide you with a highly professional environment embedded in a transparent and people-oriented culture that allows you to make a sustainable impact and to realize your potential.
