Lifecycle management of the CAD/PLM application environment (PTC Creo, Windchill)
Creation and modification of components, ECAD/MCAD synchronization
CAD user administration and license management
Comprehensive consulting for end users and processing of incidents and service requests
Active collaboration in the existing team of CAD administrators
Creating training materials and documentation, conducting training courses for end users
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable training / qualification
Professional experience in the support and further development of CAD solutions and sound knowledge of mechanical design
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German & English
Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
Reliable and quality-conscious way of working
