YOUR MISSION 


Your goal is to break the last barrier before go-to-market by ensuring outstanding product quality and continuous regulatory compliance. Your impact spreads at all levels of the organization and transforms mundane bureaucratic operations into efficient and delightful workflows. 


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Achieve 3-month MDR certification cycles by streamlining and automating processes.
  • Directly engage in product development by consulting on regulatory matters and managing risks effectively.
  • Shape our process landscape and train employees to achieve operational excellence


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 


  • Degree in closely related field (e.g., Business Administration, Law, other)
  • Business English and German (full proficiency)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with regulatory affairs (specifically MDR and ISO 13485)
  • Creative and analytical thinking 
  • Fast learning skills
  • Strong affinity towards digitalisation
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fully remote environment with an international team


Good-to-have: 


  • Independent and autonomous work style
  • Experience in MedTech / SaaS / startup environment 
  • IT skills
