Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional ConsultantLocation: Germany (Hybrid/Remote options available) Contract Type: Permanent / Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join an organisation following an exceptionally successful year of growth. This is a greenfield opportunity, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering a modern Dynamics 365 CRM landscape from the ground up.You will work closely with business stakeholders to innovate, streamline, and enhance CRM capabilities, ensuring the platform supports future growth, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the functional design and implementation of a greenfield Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutionGather, analyse, and translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutionsConfigure and optimise Dynamics 365 modules, including:MarketingSalesCustomer ServiceCustomer Insights & Customer Journey InsightsDesign end-to-end customer journeys to improve engagement and lifecycle managementAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, recommending best practices and innovative solutionsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomesSupport testing, user training, and change management activitiesContinuously identify opportunities to improve processes and system performanceRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional ConsultantStrong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service modulesExperience working with Customer Insights and customer journey orchestrationBackground delivering greenfield or large-scale CRM implementationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate complex business needs into clear functional designsExperience working in agile or hybrid delivery environmentsWhy Join?Greenfield project with real ownership and influenceOpportunity to innovate and shape the future CRM strategyJoin a company coming off the back of a highly successful yearCollaborative, forward-thinking environment with a focus on quality and impactCompetitive salary and benefits packagePlease get in contact by applying or send me an email: Oli.webber@empiric.com
