As our new SAM Operations Specialist, your main role will be to provide expert guidance and consulting services to our customers, helping them optimize their software asset portfolios. You will have the opportunity to participate in internal and external training programs to get up to speed on relevant subject areas.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Sustainable and ongoing support of our recurring customers in the daily operational tasks in license management: entering licenses and agreements into SAM systems, payment approvals, preparation of various reports
- Conduct customer interviews with the aim of gathering information, processing incoming inquiries in the licensing environment
- Identification of new business opportunities for our customers
- Presales support of the Crayon sales units
- Independent preparation of customer-specific documents as well as close cooperation with the team
Your Competencies:
- 1 year of experience in IT Industry
- More than 1 year of experience working with B2B and/or in a customer facing role
- Expertise in SAM
- Basic understanding of software licensing as well as experience in Managed Services will be a plus

- Able to collaborate within teams as well as work independently
- Excellent at multitasking and working with large datasets
- Solid presentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
