Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und Kunden zusammen, um Entwicklungsprozesse zu strukturieren, neue Features umzusetzen und sicherzustellen, dass Projekte effizient und erfolgreich verlaufen.Deine Aufgaben:Leitung und Koordination von Mobile-Entwicklungsteams (Android)Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung mobiler AnwendungenUnterstützung von Kunden bei der Definition effizienter Team- und ProjektstrukturenSicherstellung von Code-Qualität, Performance und SicherheitEnge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen StakeholdernWeiterentwicklung technischer Prozesse und WorkflowsWas du mitbringst:Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der mobilen Entwicklung (Android, Tech)Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Teamführung und technischer LeitungSehr gute Kommunikations- und KundenfähigkeitenKnow-how in App-Implementierung, Optimierung und SicherheitVertraut mit agilen Arbeitsweisen und CI/CD-ProzessenFließende Deutsch- und EnglischkenntnisseRahmenbedingungen:Freiberufliche Zusammenarbeit (remote möglich)Projektdauer: flexibel, abhängig von Start und VerfügbarkeitVergütung nach VereinbarungInteresse geweckt?Wenn du Lust auf ein modernes, agiles Umfeld und spannende Projekte hast, sende uns gerne dein aktuelles Freelancer-Profil oder CV zu.
