The ICS Project Manager leads project team to develop and release mixed-signal products within time, budget, and datasheet compliance to deliver an important contribution to the success of our business.


Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of projects from definition to transfer to production

• Manage cross-functional project teams

• Inspiring, encouraging and driving the team members and ensuring a high level of motivation and commitment

• Project tracking regarding time, datasheet compliance, cost, and resources

• Regular reporting project status and gate passing to the management

• Stakeholder management

• Budget management

• Risk management

• Support the continuous improvement of the ICS development process


Requirements:

• University degree in electrical engineering or physics with focus on microelectronics

• Several years’ experience in project management in the context of mixed-signal ICs, preferably for the automotive industry

• Thorough knowledge of project management methods, risk management, project planning

• Team player and motivator, organizational talent

• Pro-active efficient communication style and prompt escalation of problems

• Excellent analytical skills

• Knowledge in the fields of ISO 16949 / VDA 6.3 / ISO 26262 are advantageous

• Fluent in English language
