BISS PR & Communications ist eine Lifestyle Boutique-Agentur für PR & Kommunikation. Wir sind Experten in den Bereichen Food & Beverage, Hotellerie & Gastronomie und lieben nachhaltige Themen und Produkte. Seit über 14 Jahren beraten wir erfolgreich Unternehmen, Marken und Personen in unserem wunderschönen kreativen Altbaubüro am Kudamm. Unsere Schwerpunkte sind die Beratung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von kleinen bis mittelgroßen Kommunikationsprojekten im Bereich Brands, Products, People und Lifestyle. Das Team von BISS ist klein, aber nicht zu klein und vor allem nicht zu groß – denn wir lieben den persönlichen Austausch mit unseren Kunden. Was BISS ausmacht? Ein Teammitglied mit viel BISS, das aber nicht beißt, die Ärmel hochkrempelt, pragmatisch über-den-Tellerrand hinausschaut und sich nicht so schnell unterkriegen lässt. Du PASST ZU BISS, WENN…

·        Du strategische und eigenständige Kommunikationsberatung und Kundenbetreuung übernimmst.

·        Du projektbezogene und Jahres-PR-Konzepte inkl. Social-Media-Maßnahmen sowie deren Umsetzung guidest.

·        Du Themenfindung & Planung sowie Platzierung von Themen an Journalisten und Medienkooperationen mit Leidenschaft und Erfolg durchführst.

·        Du PR-Termine, Redaktionsbesuche, Organisation und Betreuung von Pressereisen und PR-Events erfolgreich durchführst.

·        Du sensationelle Pressemitteilungen und Statements verfasst, die alle lieben.

·        Du sachlich und souverän bleibst, wenn ein Projekt mal nicht so gut läuft und lösungsorientiert und besonnen reagierst.

·        Deine Arbeitsweise strukturiert und fokussiert ist.

·        Du den Durchblick bei redaktionellen Arbeitsweisen und der medialen Agenda hast.

·        Bei dir die Wirtschaftlichkeit deiner Arbeit immer im Fokus steht. Du weißt, wie man Kunden effizient führt und übernimmst dabei die umfassende Verantwortung für deine Kunden.

·        Du überzeugend in Deutsch und Englisch kommunizierst.


DAs ERWARTEN WIR VON DIR

·        Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation

·        Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur und/oder in einem Unternehmen

·        Eigenverantwortliche, kundenorientierte, flexible und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem beraterischen Anspruch

·        Journalistische Denk- und Schreibweise

·        Etabliertes Netzwerk und eigene Journalistenkontakte

·        Exzellente Kenntnisse der Medienlandschaft

·        Agenda Setting, kompetente und kreative Themenentwicklung und Umsetzung

·        Kreativität, Neugierde, Eigeninitiative, Kontaktfreude, Organisationsstärke und ein effizientes Zeitmanagement
