Aufgaben

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du hilfst unseren Kunden, komplexe Software-Projekte zu verstehen, zu planen und mit modernsten Technologien umzusetzen.
  • Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Product Ownern und UIX-Experten an qualitativ hochwertigen Softwarelösungen.
  • Du lebst mit uns gemeinsam die agile Softwareentwicklung in Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews beim Kunden und Retrospektiven mit Unterstützung unserer Agile Coaches.
  • Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert in deinem Projektteam und übernimmst Verantwortung.
  • Du kommunizierst mit unseren Kunden offen und ehrlich.
  • Du gibst konstruktive Kritik und nimmst Feedback an.
Profil

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Bildungsweg.
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Frontend-Programmierung, z.B. mit HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript und kennst Frameworks wie Angular, React etc.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung, z.B. in Node.JS, C#, .NET, PHP mit Symfony/Laravel.
  • Du lebst hohe Qualität – dazu gehören für dich Unit Tests, Code Reviews, Clean Code und Refactoring.
  • Du setzt Benutzeroberflächen um, die modern, responsive und Cross-Browser-kompatibel sind.
  • Du hast Freude daran, dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln, z.B. über interne Tech Talks, teamübergreifende Communities, Konferenzen, Forschung etc.
