Internal Position


HRIT People has partnered with a leading retail company in North Rhine-Westphalia that is about to start a global rollout of SuccessFactors, starting with Employee Central, Onboarding, PMGM, and the Recruiting modules. They are now searching for an SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join and help lead this global rollout experienced in 1-2 Core modules.


The role:

  • As part of a wider team, you will lead the rollout, further development and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite globally.
  • You will be responsible for the configuration of the system and the integration of other systems.
  • You will work closely with specialist departments and external consultants.
  • You work with HR on their journey to digitalization through the introduction of further solutions.


Your Profile:

  • You have around 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, either from a consulting or internal position.
  • You have experience implementing at least 1 of the modules mentioned above and you are open to learning and gaining experience in further modules.
  • Your way of working is characterized by a strong ability to work in a team.
  • You have very strong German and English skills.


Paying up to 110,000 EUR & further benefits, with a Hybrid working model - 1 day per week in the Office, close to Dortmund.
