Projectmanager

As a project manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end management and realization of multiple projects. You will monitor project progress and compliance with the project budget. These are mostly projects for the preparation and construction of fiber optic networks.

You have very good internal and external communication skills to keep our customers and colleagues up-to-date. You work well with everyone and have the so-called helicopter view on the projects. Even amidst high project volumes, you maintain a cool head and resolve emerging problems proactively and professionally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project-related communication with customers, communities, suppliers, as well as other process stakeholders and internal interfaces
• Operational planning, organisation, and monitoring of multiple projects in terms of quality, time and budget
• Creation of project plans including internal and external kick-offs as well as milestone planning
• Technical collaboration with Operations and Engineering to ensure project completion.
• Management and resolution of escalations, including ensuring effective information flow and proactive avoidance of future escalations with all project stakeholders.
• Documentation and reporting on project progress to management.

Your Profile:

• Available full-time (40 hours).
• Experience in project management or project leadership, ideally in the infrastructure/ telecommunications/ civil engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of customers and service orientation
• Very good command of German and English in both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Dutch would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• High level of motivation, goal orientation, negotiation, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to keep the company's goals in mind.
• Resilient, result-oriented, analytical, and dynamic mindset
• Proficiency in the use of (automated) planning systems as well as Microsoft Office
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
