Analysis Engineer

Tasks

• Identify stress, crash and impact analysis of aircraft structural components
• Validate FE models of sub-components and complete energy storage system structure
• Define and develop modelling methods, tools and optimization technique to support product development
• Work closely with structural analysis relevant to new technologies
• Develop current designs based on topology optimization

Background

• Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering
• 5 years of experience in topology optimization, stress, structural analysis and crash analysis with application to aircraft structure
• Experience with design principles of composite materials, metals and non structural materials
• Knowledge of OptiStruct, Nastran, LS DYNA, Radioss, CAD, NX and Catia V5
• English skills (B2 +) German skills preferred
