The role:
- Within our operational environment, you will take charge of planning and overseeing small-scale IT projects or sub-projects, navigating complexities and coordinating across departments. This entails meticulous planning, resource management, and effective representation of IT interests throughout the project's lifecycle.
- You will bear the responsibility for achieving project goals within defined costs, timelines, and quality standards, advocating for these objectives in committee meetings at the group leader level.
- Central to your role is the management of project resources and stakeholders, along with the identification, analysis, and mitigation of project risks.
- Furthermore, you will coordinate the activities of project team members, providing technical guidance as needed, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project governance, management methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or business administration with an IT specialization, or equivalent training. Essential is the ability to understand the language of IT developers and bridge it with the business domain. A strong grasp of technical requirements and their IT implications, coupled with effective communication and negotiation skills, is paramount.
- Demonstrate initial professional experience as a project manager, preferably with certification in project management.
- Have a background in IT, preferably in a regulated environment, such as a wholesale bank, with familiarity in the requirements of bank management and central corporate functions.
- Ability to adeptly dissect complex issues, derive necessary actions or requirements, and execute them reliably.
- Exhibit high reliability, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to drive initiatives forward in partnership with others.

The annual salary expectation is upwards of €100,000 per annum, and role will be based in Frankfurt. As a result, candidates are expected to be fluent in both English and German.
