Vessel Registration & Documentation Assistant (m/f/d) – 35h/week



Responsibilities:


  • assisting with Vessel Registration Transactions and Instrument Recordations
  • maintaining electronic and physical filing
  • monitoring & handling administrative matters, correspondence and related activities
  • performing data entry
  • preparing certificates & documents
  • reviewing applications and documentation
  • assisting in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations



Who we are looking for:


  • working experience in the maritime industry
  • basic knowledge of MS office programs
  • very good German and English speaking and writing skills
  • residence in Germany
  • service- and detail oriented, reliable employee with team working skills
