Die Locke Staffing Group ist eine internationale IT-Personalberatung mit Büros in England, Deutschland und den USA, die sich mit zwei Geschäftsbereichen auf die Rekrutierung und Vermittlung von Salesforce- und Cybersecurity-Experten spezialisiert hat. TechOhana ist der führende Anbieter von Salesforce-Spezialisten und Locke & McCloud ist auf Cybersecurity spezialisiert.


Wir suchen lokale und motivierte Vertriebsmitarbeiter:innen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Du konntest bereits als Werkstudent:in oder Praktikant:in erste Erfahrungen in der Personalbeschaffung sammeln? Wunderbar Aber auch für Hochschulabsolvent:innen und Bewerber:innen mit erster Berufserfahrung (z.B Einkauf / Vertrieb) ist diese Stelle eine hervorragende Chance und ein Sprungbrett für die weitere Karriere


AUFGABEN:

  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Besetzung ihrer Vakanzen durch die Vermittlung von erfahrenen und spezialisierten Fach- und Führungskräften.
  • Als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kandidat:innen und Kunden per Telefon, Video und E-Mail sorgst Du für ein positives und professionelles Erlebnis.
  • Du betreust den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess von A bis Z auf Kunden- und Kandidatenseite (Neukundenakquise, Vertragsverhandlungen, Kandidatensuche, Interviewtermine vereinbaren, Feedback einholen, ...) - sprich, 360 Grad Recruiting
  • Du betreust von Anfang an eigenverantwortlich Deinen eigenen Nischenkundenstamm und baust Dir kontinuierlich eigene Key Accounts auf.
  • Gleichzeitig identifizierst und qualifizierst Du passende Kandidat:innen für Deine Kunden.


PROFIL:

  • Du hast ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt, entweder in einer Festanstellung, als Werkstudent oder durch ein Praktikum. Wichtig ist, dass du ein Verständnis für die Abläufe in einem Unternehmen hast.
  • Du hast ein hohes analytisches Verständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (z.B. Office365, Salesforce, ...) und im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe intrinsische Motivation, Risikobereitschaft, Unternehmergeist, Neugier und Proaktivität sowie hervorragende People- und Softskills aus.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer
