User Experience IT Specialist EMEA

Full-time in Munich, Germany


As an IT Support Technician at Inventronics, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical users.


Responsibilities:


Provide end-user support from Monday to Friday,

Perform basic network management and configuration tasks to ensure stable and secure network operations.

Resolve technical issues involving software configurations, hardware setups, network troubleshooting, and logical problems.

Escalate complex problems to the appropriate senior technical staff or department.

Manage tickets through the Inventronics ITSM tool, ensuring that all requests are logged, monitored, and closed in a timely manner.

Support business applications such as Office 365 and other office tools.

Configure and troubleshoot local printers and scanners.

Maintain client computers up to the OS layer including installations and updates.

Address connectivity issues of client computers and manage configurations related to Active Directory, local accounts, and permissions.

Customize security levels, monitor systems for threats, and conduct cleansing activities; manage firewalls and VPN configurations on client devices.


Qualifications:


Experience as an IT Technician or similar role.

Strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity with ITSM tools and managing service tickets.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Relevant certifications are an advantage.
