Clinical Application Specialist

Our client is a forward-thinking medical devices company specializing in transfusion.


Responsibilities:

- Train medical staff (including anesthetist nurses and doctors, perfusionists, biomedical engineers) on-site in the comprehensive use of the medical device, covering all aspects from installation to usage, including tips and tricks.

- Provide assistance during medical procedures, guiding users through the device's operation.

- Engage with, support, and lead a user network.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of instructional tools.

- Manage the hotline, providing assistance and troubleshooting over the phone.

- Interact with medical staff, particularly anesthetists and surgeons (KOLs), fostering professional relationships.

- Participate in post-market clinical follow-up activities, including feedback forms, intraoperative reports, and registries.

- Contribute to the collection and monitoring of clinical data.

- Represent the company at clinical centers, conferences, and other events.


Profile and required skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities.

- Ability to resolve issues and demonstrate critical thinking.

- Professional interaction across all organizational levels.

- Team player with the ability to establish productive relationships both internally and externally, adhering to company values, rules, and requirements.

- Demonstrated professionalism.

- Qualified as a nurse, operating room nurse, perfusionist, biomedical or health engineer, ideally with 3 to 5 years of experience in medical devices as a clinical specialist, preferably with electromedical equipment in the surgery field, possessing a solid understanding of operating room operations.

- Proficiency in English and German; French proficiency would be advantageous but not mandatory.
