What to expectIndependently creates and develops new innovative designs for automotive vehicles or other products, following the design process from the sketch form to final release in both 2 and 3-dimensional formWorks with studio engineers, modelers, designers, service and fabrication personnel in the development of world-class product excellenceVisualizes and integrates customer focused needs, ensuring brand differentiation, consistent with Brand and design strategies into creative proposalsDevelops brand-relevant Bold and Pure design solutions based on strategic as well as technical cost and program requirementsWhat we expectBachelor degree / Diploma with a major in Automotive or Industrial Design or Master degree in Automotive Design or equivalent qualificationBrings extreme creativity and visionary thinking, demonstrates full understanding of Brand form languageDisplays outstanding drawing/graphic skills/proportional sensitivity and digital expertise (photoshop, Alias, and if possible AI-Tools, Vred)Proposes Brand relevant Bold and Pure design solutions on the basis of strategic, technical, cost and program requirementsOutstanding ability to translate 2-dimensional design ideas into 3-dimensional scale or full-size modelsPrevious experience within Automotive Design field is desirableNegotiation skills and strong communication abilities for successful collaboration with Engineering and Marketing, as well as within the Design teamBusiness fluent English skillsYour BenefitsAbove-tariff compensation30 days of vacationFlexible working hoursCompany pension planDiverse training opportunitiesCompany bikeCorporate benefits… and much moreHave we sparked your interest?… then apply today We look forward to receiving your complete application documents (job-related cover letter, CV, work and training certificates) as a single PDF file sent to design-bewerbungen@stellantis.com.At Stellantis, we evaluate applicants based on qualifications, performance, and business needs.
