The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. Assist the German GM in warehouse management and team building for the German warehouse cluster, develop and implement strategic plans to drive performance growth and ensure the achievement of profitability targets for the German warehouse cluster.
Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and executing the business strategy and development planning for the German warehouse to ensure the realization of the German market share and profitability targets;
- Responsible for planning the warehouse capacity of the German warehouse group, to ensure that meet the company's medium and long-term business needs;
- Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the German warehouse group based on the five dimensions of man, machine, material, law and environment of the production and operation standards, to ensure the stable operation of the warehouse, to reach the service SLA, to provide customers with high quality warehousing services.
- Responsible for team building and talent training, selecting and training to motivate high-performance team members, improve the overall quality and execution of the team.
- Monitor and analyze the business data of the German warehouse group, analyze and improve the warehousing situation, and provide decision support and improvement suggestions for the company;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 8 years' of warehouse experience
- Proficient in warehouse site logistics management process, master inventory management, distribution process, inventory process and other on-site business processes
- Chinese and English can be used as working language (German is preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to effectively motivate and guide team members
- Excellent skills of communication, coordination, business negotiation, government public relations,with great anti-pressure ability, and be able to work efficiently with different personnel
