You will accompany the project from conception through to implementation and support, particularly in the plan-to-produce, order-to-cash and supply chain management processes. Your main tasks are: Evaluating the relevant processes on the basis of existing analyses Design of the new processes using the ERP software yet to be selected Mapping the processes in the software (customizing) Accompanying the ERP implementation and contact person for the individual key users Creation of documentation and training materials and implementation of training courses Release and change management with error documentation Creation of reports, SQL-based queries and KPI management As a professional, you bring: Completed university degree with a focus on industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, supply chain management or comparable qualification Alternatively, completed training as an IT specialist in application development or higher IT qualification Several years of professional experience and specialist knowledge in modern ERP system landscapes (modules MM, PP, SCM), ideally as (partial) project manager for the introduction of an ERP system Confident handling of report designer, SQL database, BI tool, data warehouse Experience in the integration of production, logistics and sales processes Good process knowledge along the supply chain, ideally from a manufacturing company in the automotive environment High willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics Strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with a spirit of innovation, creativity and strategic thinking and action Results-oriented, systematic and independent way of working with a high level of personal responsibility Customer focus and good communication skills Place of recruitment: Fulda The central tasks of managing the WERNER Group with its approximately 1,300 employees can be found at WERNER Holding.
