Product Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)
We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer problems and business problems – in ways that our customers love yet work for our business. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, generally comprised of a product manager, a technical lead and/or designer, and several engineers.
The Product Marketing specialist is a key component of the group helping translate product requirements and technical documentation into compelling, attractive product collaterals that help Mobileum convey and communicate our unique value proposition. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive the adoption and growth of our roaming and security portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success teams and corporate marketing, to ensure our products are well-positioned and effectively marketed to our target customer base.
Your Mission
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our software solutions in the market
- Create and maintain product collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Provide our Sales team with tools, training, and content they need to effectively sell our products
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement and monitor and report their performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including testimonials, case studies, and user groups; Leverage customer success stories to drive brand credibility and product adoption
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the roaming VAS (Value Added Services) space
Location: Nuremberg (Germany), fulltime
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To join our team, YOU must HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
- First professional experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the Software or Telecommunications industry
- Expertise with roaming Value-Added Services or Telecom Software desirable
- Experience with content generation tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and product marketing principles
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
