Monetization amp Sales Strategist

Goodgame Studios part of Stillfront Group is home to one of the most successful freetoplay strategy franchises developed in Germany and played worldwide. With over a billion in revenue the Empirefranchise (Goodgame Empire on web & Empire: Four Kingdoms on mobile) continues to grow.
To drive revenue expansion were looking for a Monetization & Sales Strategist to optimize ingame sales upselling mechanics and pricing strategies. You will be responsible for maximizing player spending while ensuring longterm engagement.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in gaming ecommerce or digital product monetization particularly in pricing models bundling strategies and sales optimization.
YOUR MISSIONMonetization & Upselling Strategy
Develop ingame sales funnels to increase ARPU ARPPU and conversion rates
Apply tiered pricing highvalue bundles and personalized upselling mechanics by implementing private offers and targeted discounts based on player behavior particularly for VIP players and high spenders
Optimize LiveOps sales cycles flash sales and seasonal promotions
Use push notifications email Discord and ingame prompts for targeted sales as well as oversee social promotions to maximize conversions
Leverage behavioral segmentation to trigger highvalue spending events
Align LiveOps events with sales strategies to maximize revenue
Own pricing models for battle passes progression monetization and loyalty incentives
Monitor and adjust monetization KPIs ensuring sustainable revenue growth
Work closely with product data and game design teams to enhance monetization
YOUR BACKSTORY
Proven experience in monetization digital sales or ecommerce
Strong analytical mindset in pricing strategy and revenue optimization
Ability to create highimpact sales offers and ingame promotions
A commercial mindset focused on longterm revenue growth
Crossfunctional collaboration skills with product data and LiveOps teams
