Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Bauleiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.
