Sales Manager DACH area - Business Unit Chemie Deutschland


Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in various industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and plastics.
  • Active sale of the chemical product portfolio.
  • New customer acquisition and development of measures to acquire new customers and expand the existing customer base.
  • Manage technical discussions with customers and their R&D Department in order to show the added value of the products and follow up on samples requests.
  • Regular and frequent customer visits in the assigned area.
  • Planning and implementation of the sales strategy to increase sales and value.


Qualifications and required skills:

  • Chemical studies and successfully completed commercial training.
  • Experience in sales and in building customer relationships.
  • Knowledge in the field of additives for pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and initiative.
  • Fluent in German (mothertongue) as well as very good knowledge of English.
  • Willingness to make regular business trips.
