  • Betreuung der Figurenentwicklung von der Idee bis zur Serienreife
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Junior Designern und Designern
  • Vertretung des Head of Product Design, Unterstützung bei Budget- und Ressourcenplanung, Optimierung interner Produktentwicklungsabläufe / relevanter Dokumente / Standardisierungen
  • Recherche, Ideenfindung und Ausarbeitung von Konzepten und Produktideen
  • Erstellung von Themenboards (Concept Boards)
  • Digitale Modellation, Anpassung und Bemalung von Figuren
  • Betreuung des Entwicklungsprozesses der Farbgestaltung der Figuren
  • Erstellen von Druckvorlagen
  • Konstruktive Lösungsfindung bei der Entwicklung technischer Verbindungen
  • Planung, Vergabe von Aufträgen, Kommunikation mit Freelancern und Dienstleistern
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben sowie Erstellen und Pflege entwicklungsrelevanter Dokumente
  • Tracken der Timelines und des Budgets innerhalb des zuständigen Figurenbereichs
Die Kapitel deiner bisherigen Story:
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design oder eine vergleichbare Fachausbildung
  • Du verfügst über starke gestalterische Fähigkeiten (zeichnerisch und plastisch)
  • Du bringst eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in der Produktentwicklung, sowie in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Professioneller Umgang mit gängiger 3D-Modelling Software (Z-Brush, FreeForm Sensable, 3D Coat) und solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite setzen wir ebenso voraus, wie den sicheren Umgang mit den MS365 tools
  • Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Wissen über Anatomie
  • Weitere Softwarekenntnisse im Bereich Konstruktion, Animation oder Rendering sind von Vorteil
  • Händische Modelliertechniken, Modellbau sowie Basiswissen bezüglich Werkzeugbau, Kunststoffkonstruktion und Spritzguss wären ideal
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig und zeichnest dich durch gute Kommunikations-Skills im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern aus
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft im internationalen Umfeld mit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
