Job Description:

  • The whole process of new equipment scheme review (from Layout to equipment delivery) , ensure new equipment meets design requirements ( reliability, maintainability , product safety/quality);
  • Finish FAT/LOP/TOP list document of electrical, follow-up summary report;
  • Improve the production efficiency of equipment, improve the quality. reduce energy consumption and manufacturing costs;
  • Leading equipment maintenance, maintenance plan formulation (AM/PM), downtime summary and improvement;
  • Equipment spare parts purchase and spare parts inventory management.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above; Electrical automation and other related majors;
  • Familiar with electrical schematic diagram and automation devices like: sensors, servo electromotors, stepping electromotors;
  • Proficiency in debugging, programming and optimization of at least one PLC automation equipment (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Omron/Schneider);
  • At least 2 years of working experience in electrical maintenance of equipment in large manufacturing industry;
  • Fluent business English and German, Chinese Mandarin is plus;
  • Clear logical, engagement, teamwork and problem-solving ability.
