Business Unit Controller

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Responsible for all financial & commercial aspects related to the Business Units, in cooperation with the German Country Controller and the VP Finance of the business Unit.

 Responsible for Period End Results & Compliances based on US GAAP, focusing on strong Balance Sheet,

 Managing the on-time deliverance of Period End Reporting for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results in compliance with US GAAP, SOX and internal control accounting,

 Coordinating activities of internal & external (non-Tax) auditors,

 Active Role in supporting Annual statutory financial audit & reporting,

 Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes,

 Additional controller duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in finance or accounting,

 Minimum 3 years professional & applicable experience as Controller or Financial Analyst,

 Fluent in German and English,

 Working knowledge of both US GAAP and HGB,

 Very Good IT knowledge, incl. HFM and MS-Office  Reliable & Team player
