Unser Kunde bietet seit über 30 Jahren Software und Softwaretools für Unternehmen sämtlicher Größenklassen und Branchen. Das Unternehmen ist mit etwa 100 Mitarbeitern an Standorten in Nordamerika und Europa und mit Partnern in über 30 Ländern international gut aufgestellt. Bis heute ist das mittelständische Unternehmen in privater Hand und agiert unabhängig vom Großkonzern.


Informationen zur organisatorischen Einbindung der Position:

Es handelt sich um eine neu geschaffene Position. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und sind für den Aufbau und die Führung des Vertriebsteams verantwortlich. Ziel ist es, die Kundenbasis zu erweitern, neue Märkte zu erschließen und das Wachstumspotenzial auszuschöpfen. Die Position kann deutschlandweit mit regelmäßiger Präsenz am europäischen Entwicklungszentrum im Saarland besetzt werden. 


Aufgaben und konkrete Ziele der Position:

  • Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien, um das Produkt erfolgreich auf dem (internationalen) Markt zu platzieren
  • Identifizierung von Zielmärkten, Segmentierung von Kunden
  • Aufbau eines neuen Kundenportfolios durch Kaltakquise, Networking-Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen, Präsentationen und andere Marketingaktivitäten, um das Interesse potenzieller Kunden zu generieren
  • Identifizierung und Ansprache von Entscheidungsträgern
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse der Markt- und Wettbewerbssituation, um strategische Anpassungen vorzunehmen
  • Reporting und Analyse an die Geschäftsführung

  • Ich bin mobil für Dienstreisen, einschließlich internationaler Meetings, die den Erfolg des Unternehmens fördern.
