Job Description Summary:

Support the product manager in planning, development, and management of a secure communications system used in over 50 countries. Assist in product lifecycle management from launch to end-of-life, and coordinate large product deployments by working with internal teams, external suppliers, system integrators, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in strategic product planning and development, refining requirements for future product generations based on market knowledge and strategic goals. Communicate with customers and sales partners to clarify market needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into product capabilities.
  2. Provide technical support and coordination for large customer projects, manage project schedules, expenses, and risks, and ensure quality and timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
  3. Act as a product evangelist, motivating development teams to create advanced, reliable products, and representing the product internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in available technologies, software development methods, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in German and English.
