For our partner, the newest MedTech Start-up out there, we are looking for a Product Manager Saas (m/f/d) in Berlin or 100% remote.Our Partner roclub is a fast-scaling MedTech start-up that builds the technological backbone for the future of remote medical device operations. The company’s mission is to revolutionize how medical equipment is managed and supported worldwide. roclub is a team of serial entrepreneurs and investors who have joined forces to build and scale roclub. roclub is a Teleoperation Platform for Medical Technology disrupting the way how MedTech is operated.With its secure IoT platform, roclub makes it possible to control and service medical devices remotely, bringing together healthcare providers and skilled professionals around the world to keep vital systems running, wherever and whenever they’re needed.Health Organizations will be able to ensure the operation of their medical technology anywhere, anytime and for any exam.Medical Technicians will be able to organize their jobs more flexibly, more independently and from anywhere in the world.Patients will never again miss an exam or receive it late due to lack of medical technical staff and expertise.roclub is building an international scalable SaaS platform with strong IoT focus – backed by leading VCs.Your responsibilities: Own the product end-to-end across three domains: Platform & Marketplace, AI-adjacent initiatives, and structure/roadmap optimizationDefine vision, strategy, and a data-informed roadmap; lead effort estimation, monitoring, and orchestration to deliver outcomesTranslate complex healthcare/technical needs into simple, user-centric requirements and releasesPartner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data; lead agile execution and go-to-market with CS/SalesEnsure security and compliance by design (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, MDR/ISO 13485) across the lifecycleYour profile: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business, CS, Engineering, Life Sciences or similar; 2-3 years in Product Management SaaS (ideally HealthTech)Proven ownership of complex B2B/B2B2C SaaS products end-to-end with measurable impactStrong experience in SaaS product development, including working closely with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration; comfortable with APIs, integrations, platform and data thinkingIdeally familiarity with healthcare workflows/clinical environments and compliance frameworks (GDPR/HIPAA/MDR/ISO 13485)Ability to translate complex healthcare and technical needs into simple, user-centric product requirements to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and the ability to dive deep into details when neededExcellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent English and German; location best case Berlin (remote possible, willingness to travel to Berlin occasionally)Your benefits: Remote-first culture & flexible working hoursInternational working environment and optional WorkationsAttractive remuneration, including Virtual Share Option Program (VSOP)Purpose-driven environment & modern tech stackSounds good?
