Role Overview

Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership


  • Lead projects focusing on pricing strategy optimization, sales effectiveness, and marketing excellence.
  • Develop actionable strategies to enhance revenue management and customer acquisition.


Pricing Strategy


  • Design dynamic pricing models tailored to diverse markets and customer segments.
  • Implement value-based pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to improve pricing governance.


Sales Optimization


  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to enhance sales performance and team productivity.
  • Support digital sales transformations, including CRM and advanced analytics integration.


Marketing Excellence


  • Shape innovative go-to-market strategies to drive brand recognition and customer loyalty.
  • Enhance marketing ROI through robust campaign strategies and performance tracking.
  • Develop customer segmentation and personalization frameworks.


Stakeholder Collaboration


  • Partner with business leaders to align pricing, sales, and marketing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to drive alignment and decision-making.


Candidate Profile:


Experience: 4+ years of Strategic consultancy experience with additional expertise in pricing, sales, or marketing preferred.


Skills:


  • Strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
  • Proven track record in delivering pricing, sales, or marketing transformation projects.
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary consulting engagements effectively.
