The Company


A leading FMCG player in their particular market, my client is a group of consumer brands and E-Comm platforms with huge success and plans to grow their business in Europe and the US.


The Opportunity

  • P&L responsibility for a major cost centre / warehouse based in Landsberg
  • Extensive warehouse optimisation incl. analysis and fresh ideas to continuously improving the design and flow of the space
  • Manage a large number of FMCG sku’s
  • Human resource management and improvement/optimisation plans are vitally important
  • Manage factory ordering and supply logistics, including clearance and receiving at warehouses.
  • Oversee warehouse management activities, ensuring efficient utilisation of space and timely order fulfilment.
  • Lead orders management processes, including system orders creation and order fulfilment to ensure on-time customer shipments.
  • Drive stock replenishment strategies based on MTD analysis vs forecast, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Coordinate month-end closing activities, including inventory management and stock counts.
  • Manage orders and transportation of 3rd party brands molasses to the European factory, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.


The Individual


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management roles, with a focus on warehouse management and logistics
  • Extensive on-the-ground operational senior warehousing experience and management is fundamental
  • Proven manager and developer of warehouse teams
  • Proven experience implementing and optimizing S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in supply chain management.
