Job Title: Lead IT Consultant/Enterprise architects - Lead Consultant Digital Workplace Platform Technology Strategy

Job Overview

The IT Consultant will provide strategic, technical, and methodological advisory services for the Digital Workplace Experience program. The program aims to enhance the digital work experience for all employees within the Group by optimizing production processes and workplace environments through a platform-based approach.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic and Technical Advisory
  • Provide strategic, technical, and methodological advice on platform-based business and process opportunities.
  • Assist in strategic management topics and architecture management with cloud-specific ICT reference.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Develop strategic business and project goals with responsible parties and stakeholders.
  • Collect requirements and bring together stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  1. Architecture and IT Development
  • Support the development of an architectural strategy and IT development plan for the digital workplace.
  • Specify and evaluate technical requirements with customers.
  1. Service Design and Methodology
  • Advise on designing a future-proof, secure, and efficient digital workplace service offering.
  • Develop holistic decision templates based on utility analysis methodology.
  • Conduct opportunity and risk assessments for the portfolio and business model
  1. Workshops and Presentations
  • Moderate workshops on technical architecture topics.
  • Present on technically complex topics to various stakeholders.
  • Provide methodological support for the creation and anchoring of architectural principles in the digital workplace environment.
  1. Roadmap Development
  • Support the development and maintenance of the roadmap for the Digital Workplace Experience program.
  • Evaluate and present strategic options for action for the digital workplace.

Technical Requirements

  1. Cloud Technologies
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a leading technical consultant or architect in projects with over 15 employees.
  • Extensive experience in planning and implementing workplace architectures in environments with more than 50,000 users.
  1. Platform Strategies
  • Proven experience in developing platform strategies for companies with over 50,000 users (evidence of 2 projects in the last 5 years).
  1. Microsoft Azure
  • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of MS Azure in the workplace environment.
  • Relevant Azure-based certifications and over 7 years of experience using Microsoft technologies.
  1. ITIL Processes
  • Proven ITIL certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ITIL processes and business transaction processes (e.g., orders, invoicing, deliveries, recycling, assembly, and dismantling).

  1. Technological Vision
  • Ability to develop and implement technological visions with a time horizon of up to 5 years.
  • Experience in creating cross-departmental architectural strategies and supporting their implementation.
  1. Workplace Services and Monetization
  • Knowledge of workplace services and their monetization strategies.
  1. Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with the MS Power platform, supported by relevant certifications.
  1. Scaling and Orchestration
  • Experience in scaling and orchestration within IT environments.
  1. Problem Analysis and Decision-Making
  • Ability to analyze opportunities, risks, and implications in complex situations and develop actionable solutions.
  1. Stakeholder Communication
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  1. Methodological Knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in business process modeling and software development process models (e.g., waterfall, Scrum, XP, Agile).
