We specialize in large-scale photovoltaic farms – from design and construction to operation and maintenance. Currently, we are looking for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialists to oversee our projects in the following locations:


• HSE Specialist – Rezekne, Latvia

• HSE Specialist – Germany, Silberstadt, Nauen,

• HSE Specialist – Netherlands, Zeewolde


What tasks await you?


• ensuring safety on our construction sites ​ ​

• developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management plans

• understanding local guidelines and legal regulations within your scope and ensuring compliance • conducting risk assessments and devising strategies to mitigate potential hazards

• training site workers in best HSE practices

• monitoring and reporting HSE performance indicators


Perfect match will be someone who:


• enjoys working on construction projects and sees international travel as an adventure, not a disaster

• is responsible, assertive, and understands that their actions affect the safety and lives of other workers on site

• can navigate initial chaos and take steps to organize it (within their scope, of course)

• Technically: has at least 2 years of experience as a HSE Specialist in the construction industry; possesses relevant education, qualifications, and certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH); has managed comprehensive projects; and communicates fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

• If you also speak the local language and hold local certifications, you'll be our favorite candidate. If not, don't worry – we'll still get along, and we can help you obtain local qualifications.
